With over 35 years of experience in Finance and Administration, Mercedes brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. She has worked in various industries, including Motor Vehicle, Law, Insurance, and most recently, the Real Estate Industry for the past 7 years.

In her role as a Trust Accountant with Century 21, she takes great pride in her meticulous and organized approach to work. Attention to detail is of utmost importance to her, ensuring that financial transactions are accurately recorded and managed with precision.

Mercedes is versatile, resourceful, and reliable, always striving to deliver high-quality results. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong skill set in finance and administration, allowing her to handle complex tasks efficiently and effectively.

Beyond her professional achievements, she is actively involved in her children's interests, including their sporting and music activities. Over the years, she has dedicated her time and skills to various committees of the clubs her children were involved in, utilising her administrative and finance expertise. In recognition of her contributions, she was honoured with the Administrator of the Year award at the Surf Life Saving WA Awards of Excellence in 2006. Additionally, she is a proud Life Member of the Mandurah Surf Life Saving Club, reflecting her commitment to the local community.

Not only has she been involved in supporting local clubs, but she has also opened her home as a host mother to Rotary Youth Exchange Students from overseas, fostering cultural exchange and personal growth.
