ABOUT JUSTINE HINTZ
Justine has been working in property management since 2018, beginning her career in Waroona, where she managed both residential and rural properties. Her responsibilities included overseeing compliance with lease boundaries and ensuring farming operations aligned with regulatory requirements.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Justine transitioned to a role closer to home in Mandurah to be near her daughter’s school. During this time, she deepened her understanding of the local market and became proficient with key property management systems, such as PropertyMe. She also managed a high-volume portfolio, which strengthened her ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to significant legislative changes.
More recently, she returned to end-to-end property management—similar to her early work—where she re-engaged directly with both property owners and tenants. This hands-on role involved conducting regular property inspections, viewings, and maintaining a personal level of involvement with every property in her care.
Justine is focused on achieving balanced outcomes for both owners and tenants, while ensuring full compliance with legislation. She takes a proactive approach to property care through detailed routine inspections and close monitoring of each property's condition. This allows her to identify issues early, ensure tenants are meeting their responsibilities, and address maintenance needs before they escalate—building trust and strong relationships with all parties involved.
